Casa Colina is one of the original villas in Mojacar Playa built in the 1980s with later additions and has great character and individual touches and style. It has recently been redecorated both externally and internally and several new furnishings and effects of the Ikea style.

It is truly a “one off villa”-for those wanting something different and perhaps unique and not on a large complex of similar properties and having its own secluded Pool Terrace.

The Gardens are quite extensive and are perfect for multifamily occupation and have a few areas for one to “get away for a quiet siesta”! It should be noted that some of the garden plants are of typical tropical varieties and may not be suitable for unsupervised very young children.
